If you live in D.C. and need marijuana for medical reasons, you are eligible to participate! In the District, patients may obtain medical marijuana by completing a self-certification form and an Adult Patient Application. Simply follow the steps below in the link above to get your medical marijuana card.
Note: Patients visiting from certain states are eligible to make purchases with your current patient certification.

Dr. Recommendation
Effective July 6, 2022, DC residents who are at least 21 years of age may self-certify on their patient application that they will use cannabis purchased from a licensed dispensary for medical purposes in lieu of securing a recommendation from their healthcare provider.
