By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the interpretations and decisions, which are binding and final on matters relating to the Official Rules and this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO RECEIVE ONE FREE ENTRY. Patients may receive additional entries through the following promotional efforts:

Entry period runs during operational business hours from Monday, July 2, 2018 through Tuesday, July 31, 2018.

• One free entry per patient, no purchase necessary (limit 1)

• One additional entry for each purchase of specified promotional products

• Bonus entries may be awarded through other promotions during the period

Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Incomplete entries will not be eligible.

Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

All entries become the property of Capital City Care and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWING: Three winners at each dispensary will be selected from all eligible entries received at that dispensary during the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners must be in good standing with Washington DC Medical Marijuana Program and adhere to State Regulations and Possession Limits.

NOTICE TO WINNERS: Capital City Care will notify the potential winners by telephone or email if the potential winner is not present at the time of the drawing. If a potential winner declines, or does not fulfill the requirements for the award of the prize, an alternate potential winner will be selected by random drawing.

PRIZE: The prize winners will receive:

• 1st winner: Free 1/4oz of packaged flower (retail value $110) plus Capital City Care swag bag (retail value $25)

• 2nd winner: Free 1g of packaged flower (retail value $20) plus Capital City Care swag bag (retail value $25)

• 3rd winner: Free glass pipe (retail value $30) plus Capital City Care swag bag (retail value $25)

TOTAL RETAIL VALUE OF PRIZES IS ESTIMATED AT $235.00. The winners may not substitute, assign, or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash. Free product valid for in-stock merchandise. No cash value and no cash will be issued if full prize is not redeemed. The winner is responsible for all taxes in connection with his/her prize. Capital City Care reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

USE OF INFORMATION: Capital City Care will use data about entrants obtained in connection with the entry into the Sweepstakes for the administration of the Sweepstakes and otherwise in accordance with Capital City Care’s reporting obligations to the District of Columbia Medical Marijuana Program and its internal privacy policy. By submitting an entry, entrant agrees to such use of personal data.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Releasees (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, or illegible entries; failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or network; or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Capital City Care, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Capital City Care’s sole opinion, compromised by unauthorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Capital City Care, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Capital City Care reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Capital City Care.

Entrants, by participating, agree that Capital City Care and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death, to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Capital City Care may require the potential winner to sign separate written agreements confirming the agreements, releases, and permissions described above. In addition, the winner agrees to sign releases, assumption of risk, and other agreements and documents required by Capital City Care.
